Installation Technician

We're always looking for reliable, trustworthy and competent installers to join our company. Applicants must be in possession of a valid drivers license and traceable references. Applicants will also be required to pass the Delevex Technician Exam prior to consideration.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Manage installations on a day-to-day basis.

2. Basic stock control & accountability.

3. Ensure exceptional customer service levels.

4. Deal with customer queries and technical issues.

5. To ensure high customer satisfaction by reducing installation times and increase service efficiency.

6. To improve and maintain the customer focus drive with high quality service.

7. Budget management and control of operating expenses.
