Payment need to reflect in our bank account prior to delivery or installation. Even if we receive proof of payment, we will not dispatch goods unless the funds have cleared. Let's do it right the first time to avoid confrontation.
All electronic equipment are tested by our suppliers and ourselves prior to shipping / installation. Electronic products are therefore not refundable under any circumstances. Faulty items will be replaced, subject to manufacturer guarantees and inspection.
